At Cenora Sage Esthetics, I truly value your time and trust—and I ask for the same in return. Each appointment is reserved especially for you, and last-minute changes directly affect my ability to serve other clients. ✨ Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 50% service fee. 🚫 No Call / No Show: If you miss your appointment without notice, the full service amount (100%) will be charged. 💛 Kind Note: I understand that emergencies happen and will always do my best to be understanding. Frequent last-minute cancellations, however, may require prepayment for future bookings.
